She is a certified Health & Wellness Coach thru the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and has added additional coursework through the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Mother of two of our St. John’s Parish Day School students: A rising senior at Mt. De Salles and a rising freshman at Mt. Hebron.

Her presentation is geared to parents and is about “Advancing Your Family’s Health in the Real World!”.
