The Admissions Office and Business Office are proud to announce the use of the FACTS Student Information System (SIS) for the 2019-2020 school year. FACTS SIS will improve the way St. John’s Parish Day School manages information, automates processes, and communicates with families.
FACTS Management is a system that is familiar to parents and is used for payment of tuition and incidentals. By combining the FACTS Management and the Student Information System, parents will have one log-in to apply, enroll and pay tuition and incidentals.
All parents must create a new FACTS Student Information System (SIS) account to view 2019-2020 re-enrollment contracts and information. Re-enrollment contracts will not be mailed as in the past, they will be available on the FACTS-SIS Parents Web for you to view, sign and submit by February 15th.
Once you are logged in to FACTS-SIS Parents Web, you will have to fill out all applicable sections. You will not be able to submit until all starred sections have been completed. Please click on each section of the left column to review and complete.
When you have completed all sections and are ready to submit your Re-enrollment Contract, you will be automatically taken to the next section to pay your deposit. If you choose to have your deposit processed via FACTS Tuition on March 1st, please contact Sue Vernon, Director of Business Operations (firstname.lastname@example.org) by February 11. Please note: If you choose this option, the system will not allow you to submit your contract until approved by Sue Vernon. The final step in the Re-enrollment process is to set-up your FACTS payment plan for the 2019-2020 school year.
If you applied for Financial Aid, you will receive a notification on FACTS-SIS by February 28th.
Thank you for your patience in completing the Re-enrollment process with our new FACTS-SIS system. The advantage of this system is, in the following years, the steps involved will be simpler.
