We are so proud of our 5th graders for raising $438.45 through Bake Sales to benefit Kenya Connect, a charity close to our hearts. Thank you, Mrs. Runge, Executive Director of Kenya Connect, for celebrating with us.

Lori Dembo has been appointed our new Head of School. She’ll begin on July 1, 2019. Dembo will enter her duties in Ellicott City with many years of independent school experience and administrative expertise. She is currently serving as Lower-School Head at St. James Academy in Monkton, MD, where she also coordinates the International Baccalaureate Middle-Years Program.

Our Third Graders discovered how a news station operates, stood in front of the green screen and observed a live taping of the news during a guided tour of Fox 45. The best part was having time to ask the anchors questions and have a class picture taken on the actual set!
