Our St. John’s pirates were working the cannons on our pirate ship today!! We had arts and crafts outside. Using tights filled with rice, we made cannonballs. The children could pick from red, yellow, blue and black paint. They then dipped the cannonballs into the paint, positioned it over white paper and bombs away! The cannonballs dropped with a great splat!! The artwork looks amazing! Be sure to check it out on the walls tomorrow!
