Parents’ Association Fundraising Initiatives

The Parents’ Association promotes several passive fundraising programs that earn money for the school and support the community events that we sponsor.  This is a very easy way for everyone to contribute without spending extra money!  We encourage all families to participate in our passive fundraising programs - pick and choose among the various initiatives to meet your families schedule and budget. 

Box Tops for Education:  Clip the Box Top coupons are found on literally hundreds of products ranging from cake mixes to yogurt.  Send your Box Tops into school on the monthly collection page that is sent home with your child or drop off your Box Tops in the Lower School office anytime.  You can also shop at your favorite online stores (LandsEnd, Nordstrom, Oriental Trading, etc.) through the Box Tops Marketplace at http://btfe.com/marketplace .    Additional collection sheets are available by clicking here.  Questions?  Contact Box Tops Chair:  Amy Paulino, leetle1ames@yahoo.com

Scrips - The Scrip Program for Holiday and Spring Orders: This program allows families to purchase gift cards for places where they plan to shop, and use those cards instead of cash or credit.  Our school earns a percentage of every dollar spent using the scrip gift cards.  This is a popular "no-selling" fund-raiser that requires a little bit of organization and planning ahead.   Orders will be focused on the months of November and December and then again in April and May - during prime gift purchasing times. Because we are focusing our efforts on these months, we hope to increase your participation.  If you are going to give gift cards as presents, why not purchase them from scrips?  You get your shopping done and St. John's will also benefit.     

To order Scrips online you will need to visit the Scrips site www.shopwithscrip.com and create an account by clicking on the "Family Sign-Up" box.  Enter St. John's Enrollment Code 1EDB8C1821622.  You are ready to order!  Choose the cards you would like and send your check into school made payable to SJPDS.  The Scrips Coordinator will automatically receive an email notifying them that your order is in the queue.  Prefer to fill out a hardcopy form? Store Rebate Programs:  St. John's is registered with a variety of local stores that "rebate" a percentage of sales designated for St. John's Parish Day School.   Just by doing what you have always done - shopping for groceries, you can support St. John's Parish Day School.   You must register your bonus card each fall and designate St. John's to receive the benefits of your purchases.
