Do I have to be a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church to apply for or register for St.  John’s Parish Day School?

You are not required to be a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church to apply for or register for the Parish Day School; however, the church always welcomes new members.  Please visit the St. John's Episcopal Church website to learn more about church life.

Do members of the parish receive a tuition discount?

Currently, members of the parish do not receive a tuition discount, but St. John’s Episcopal Church does offer limited Rose Window Grants to qualified parishioners. Contact the Church Office for more information on these grants. If you are interested in learning more about financial aid from the school, please review the Financial Aid section of our website.

Does my child have to be toilet trained to attend an Early Childhood program?

Yes, children are not permitted to wear diapers or pull-up type training pants in our Early Childhood program.

What are the age requirements for entering the Early Childhood programs?

To participate in a class for our 3-year-olds , children must have had their third birthday on or before September 1 of the year of enrollment; however, St. John's does offer a two-day-per-week program for three-year-old children who have had their third birthday on or before November 1 (call for more information).

In order to participate in a class for 4-year-olds, children must have had their fourth birthday on or before September 1 of the year of enrollment.

Will I have to stand in line in the early morning hours to register my child for an Early Childhood program?

The application and registration processes no longer require anyone to stand in line. Simply complete the forms by the appropriate deadlines and submit to the Admissions Office at your convenience.

What is the age requirement to enter Kindergarten?

Children entering Kindergarten must turn five on or before September 1 of their enrollment year.

Are application fees refundable?

All application fees and other deposits are non-refundable.
